Nicole Mullen is taking over my role in the IBL and the very best of luck to her. She's a lot of experience as my main backup over the last two years and her involvement with club and events in DCU. I hope folk show her the same support ye showed me over the last two years. It was fun running things once you knew that you had good folk backing you up and helping out.

So thats the end of IBL 2009/2010 and thanks to everyone who entered, volunteered etc. It was a great experience and although there was effort at time it was a lot of fun for me personally and I'd recommend it to anyone thinking of helping out with the organising. Its a great buzz when you help organise an event like IBL and you see folk having a good time and enjoying themselves.

It would also be great to get feedback from you lot as to what you'd like to see for the future. We're always crying out for feedback, good bad and ugly. There will be changes next year but now is a great time to get your spoke in.

I'll have them later this eve once I can clock out of the day job. A couple of things need sanity checking before I paste them up as I've already noticed several mistakes in the lists that were printed after the comp on Sat. Jane Gallwey totally missing, Harry Fogg being awarded second place prize instead of joint first, girls in the boys comp and boys in the girls comp.  An IBL first timer taking a league prize? Going to take time and get them right before general publication.

If 12 and 14 problems are enough for two of the rounds then maybe 12/14 problems are enough at all the rounds. At the larger venues these could be bigger/longer problems requiring some stamina as well as the oul max power?
